  • • Own and drive end-to-end product strategy for Platform Integrity & Protection (PAA) and Accounts at Klaviyo, ensuring cohesive alignment across security, identity, and account modeling.
  • • Define and evolve Klaviyo’s account and organization model to support enterprise-scale, multi-brand, and multi-entity customer use cases.
  • • Lead initiatives focused on account security, authentication abuse prevention, and risk mitigation across all customer interactions.
  • • Partner deeply with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security, Compliance, Legal, and Core Platform teams to align authentication, authorization, and identity systems with account structure.
  • • Build platform tools and shared frameworks—such as permissions systems, lifecycle hooks, and settings infrastructure—that enable self-serve capabilities for internal teams and product stakeholders.
  • • Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, and Legal teams to meet regulatory requirements and enterprise-grade compliance standards in regulated environments.
  • • Define, track, and optimize key metrics for account security, abuse prevention, and overall platform health to ensure measurable impact.
  • • Drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams on tradeoffs between security, usability, and scalability in complex technical domains.
  • • Improve account lifecycle management from creation through closure, reducing friction for both customers and internal teams.
  • • Develop a scalable anti-abuse platform with consistent enforcement mechanisms across all channels and user touchpoints.
  • • Strengthen platform security and risk detection capabilities to protect customer data and prevent malicious activity.
  • • Serve as the single-threaded product owner for Platform Integrity & Protection, ensuring decisions are made holistically rather than in silos.
  • • Enable other product teams by creating reusable platform capabilities that reduce duplication and increase efficiency across the organization.
  • • Communicate technical tradeoffs and product vision clearly to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Navigate ambiguity in complex, evolving technical environments to define structure, prioritize initiatives, and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • • This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the San Francisco office; fully remote candidates will not be considered.
  • • This role may require up to 10% travel for onboarding, team meetings, client or partner work, and industry events, coordinated in advance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, infrastructure, or security domains
  • • Experience working on account systems, identity, permissions, or data models in B2B SaaS
  • • Comfort operating in technical problem spaces and partnering closely with engineering teams
  • • Proven ability to drive cross-team alignment and influence without direct authority
  • • Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term platform strategy
  • • Comfort navigating ambiguity and defining structure in complex environments
