- • As a Senior Product Manager at First American Financial Corporation, you will drive innovation by defining product strategy, leading cross-functional collaboration, and delivering AI-enabled solutions that enhance customer experiences and business value.
- • Day to day, you will craft KPIs, develop product roadmaps, write user stories, engage stakeholders to gather insights, lead testing strategies, and cultivate a customer-obsessed, product-led design culture while operating in an agentic product development model.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of software/technology product management or equivalent experience in strategic marketing, business management, or related technology functions
- • Proven track record in delivering software/technology features in iterative, fast-paced environments
- • Superior interpersonal and communication skills to bridge business and engineering teams
- • Ability to use data to gain product insights, validate risk, and communicate findings effectively
- • Experience operating in an agentic product development model involving human-AI collaboration for measurable impact
- • Excellent knowledge of standard software development methodologies and end-to-end product launches
