Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end roadmap and execution for Trading-as-a-Service product surfaces including Convert & Trade, PTL-as-a-Service (custodial and non-custodial), Orderbook/CLOB API, Recurring Buys, Limit Orders, and PTL + xStocks (tokenized equities)
- • Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through build, launch, and iterative improvement for B2B2C trading infrastructure
- • Work directly with enterprise partners — fintechs, banks, brokerages, and platforms — to understand integration requirements, unblock deployments, and ensure product-market fit
- • Design and refine REST/WebSocket APIs, authentication flows, webhooks, SDKs, and documentation to enable partners to integrate trading capabilities in weeks, not quarters
- • Make strategic product decisions on trading execution models (RFQ/internalized-spread vs. CLOB maker-taker), custody architectures (custodial vs. non-custodial), and account structures (omnibus vs. fully-disclosed, master/sub-account settlement)
- • Define and own key product metrics: partner integration velocity, trading volume, assets on platform (AOP), end-user activation, and direct revenue impact
- • Collaborate with the Derivatives team to align on jointly-owned crypto derivatives capabilities and ensure seamless integration across product lines
- • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to support strategic deals through technical scoping, custom integration planning, and live product demonstrations
- • Treat the API as the core product: prioritize developer experience, reduce onboarding friction, and ensure scalable, multi-tenant architecture for enterprise clients
- • Navigate complex compliance and licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions while shipping financial infrastructure products at scale
- • Challenge engineering teams with technical fluency to make informed build/buy tradeoffs and ensure architectural integrity of trading systems
- • Balance commercial awareness with product leadership — drive revenue growth through roadmap decisions without carrying a sales quota
- • Operate in ambiguity with speed and conviction, making data-informed decisions with imperfect information as the business scales
- • Translate real-world partner feedback into actionable product improvements that enhance reliability, performance, and usability of trading infrastructure
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of product management experience with meaningful time building B2B2C infrastructure, ideally platforms enabling trading, brokerage, or financial services within partner apps
- • Proven experience owning developer-facing API products with external integrations, including API design, authentication, webhooks, sandbox environments, SDKs, and multi-tenant architecture
- • Hands-on experience with trading platforms or exchange infrastructure, including order types, execution models, custody, and settlement processes
- • Technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions, challenge engineering tradeoffs, and understand system-level implications of product decisions
- • Experience operating within regulated financial services environments and navigating compliance and licensing constraints across multiple jurisdictions
- • Strong product sense with commercial awareness, demonstrating ability to drive revenue impact through roadmap decisions without a sales quota
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to shape the future of open finance through enterprise-grade trading infrastructure used by fintechs, banks, and brokerages globally
- • Work directly with enterprise clients to solve real-world integration challenges and see immediate impact of shipped products
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Business Development, and Derivatives on high-impact, revenue-driving initiatives
- • Culture of merit-based hiring and inclusion, celebrating diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences
- • Flexible application process allowing candidates to redact personal identifiers such as age, date of birth, or graduation dates from resumes
- • Consideration of qualified applicants with criminal histories in alignment with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
