- • As a Senior Product Manager at Loot Labs Inc., you will own the roadmap and execution for the core BOXED.GG experience, shaping how collectors engage with digital and tangible rewards through a platform that blends nostalgia with discovery. Your work will directly impact a passionate community of over 125k+ Discord members and 500k+ served collectors, driving product innovation at the intersection of user passion and world-class engineering.
- • Day to day, you will define and own the product vision for onboarding, games, social features, retention systems, logistics, and the in-product economy; set and track core metrics like activation, retention, and monetization; translate community insights into strategic priorities; and coordinate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, CX, and Operations to deliver cohesive, high-quality product experiences from first click to doorstep delivery.

- • In this role, you will grow into greater strategic ownership over your first year, sharpening your ability to balance short-term wins with long-term bets, influence cross-functional alignment without authority, and deepen expertise in consumer psychology, virtual economies, and habit-forming product mechanics — all while shipping impact that resonates with a global collector community.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience in a consumer product environment with ownership of core product surfaces and outcomes
- • Proven track record of driving measurable impact on activation, retention, engagement, or monetization metrics
- • Strong empathy for customers and understanding of engagement loops, consumer psychology, virtual economies, and habit formation mechanics
- • Experience with modern product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Posthog, or similar) and ability to conduct independent data analysis
- • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
