📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Legora’s Core UX surface area including navigation, onboarding, personalization, notifications, global search, and the workflow library.
• Drive activation and retention metrics by reducing friction and enhancing the everyday user experience for legal professionals using the platform.
• Partner closely with design and engineering teams to ship polished, high-quality user-facing experiences with a strong emphasis on craft and usability.
• Run experiments across the user journey, instrument key metrics, and translate qualitative insights and quantitative data into a prioritized product roadmap.
• Deeply understand the workflows and needs of legal professionals and translate them into intuitive, opinionated product decisions that simplify complex software.
• Lead the design and optimization of onboarding and first-run experiences to ensure new users reach their first "aha" moment quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with legal engineers and cross-functional teams to maintain a coherent, consistent, and scalable user experience as the platform expands.
• Maintain a high bar for product quality and user delight, focusing on making the platform dramatically easier and more enjoyable to use over time.
• Balance qualitative user feedback with rigorous quantitative analysis to inform product priorities and validate hypotheses.
• Work at the heart of the product, influencing the foundational elements that every user interacts with daily across 1,000+ customers in 50+ countries.
• Contribute to a culture of ownership, excellence, and ego-free feedback, where outcomes are prioritized over intentions and everyone is expected to raise the bar.
• Ensure alignment across the organization to deliver a unified experience as Legora integrates acquired products like Qura, Walter AI, and Graceview.
• Translate complex legal workflows into simple, fast, and enjoyable interactions without sacrificing functionality or precision.
• Act as a product leader who champions user-centered design, data-driven decision-making, and iterative improvement across the entire Core UX domain.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced senior Product Manager with a strong background building products at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
• Track record of building UI and consumer-grade experiences at a company known for strong design taste; sharp eye for craft
• Hands-on experience with growth work: activation, adoption, retention, and experimentation-driven metrics
• Strong product judgment balancing qualitative insight with quantitative rigor
• Excellent collaboration skills with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams
• High standards, low ego, bias toward ownership and outcomes
