- • As a Senior Product Marketer for Medicare Advantage at Humana Inc., you will drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for one of the nation’s largest healthcare providers serving seniors and vulnerable populations.
- • You will develop and execute product marketing strategies, translate complex product value into compliant, compelling messaging for senior audiences, and lead full-funnel campaigns across channels.
- • You’ll join Humana’s Enterprise Growth team within the Marketing Organization, collaborating with Growth Strategy, Consumer Distribution, Market Presidents, Data & Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure insight-led, integrated go-to-market execution.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in regulated healthcare marketing, influence multi-million-dollar product strategies, and make a measurable impact on the health and well-being of millions of Americans.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • 4+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, government-sponsored health plans, or healthcare marketing within a regulated environment.
- • Proven experience developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive results through integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- • Experience with consumer insights and segmentation, including commissioning or leveraging research to evolve marketing strategy and grow market share.
- • Excellent strategy development, brief writing, and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- • Working knowledge of CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage marketing and compliance standards.
