- • As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at New Relic, you will shape how the world’s top enterprises navigate and master their complex digital environments by leading infrastructure observability solutions and acting as the voice of the product to the market and the voice of the market back to the product.
- • You will shape the narrative by turning technical concepts into compelling stories, lead go-to-market strategies for new observability products, create high-impact content like technical blogs and webinars, empower sales and enablement teams, collaborate with product and engineering to influence the roadmap, and drive results using data-driven insights to measure and refine your initiatives.
- • You will join a collaborative team that bridges engineering vision and customer success in a high-visibility role at New Relic, a global team of innovators building an intelligent observability platform that empowers companies to thrive in an AI-first world.
- • You will develop expertise in translating complex cloud infrastructure technologies like Kubernetes, eBPF, and serverless architectures into clear value propositions, refine your ability to influence cross-functional teams, and deepen your impact on product strategy and market adoption in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in product marketing, product management, platform engineering, or sales engineering at a high-growth B2B software company
- • Strong understanding of the cloud-native infrastructure ecosystem, including microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- • Experience launching products aimed at developers, coupled with a strong ability to craft compelling corporate messaging
- • Expertise in developer tools with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a general audience
- • Proven ability to effectively position B2B products for growth, working with marketing and sales to build a healthy pipeline while increasing deal velocity and closure rates
- • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with notable abilities in presentation and public speaking
- • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, alongside keen technical and business acumen
- • Experience analyzing and refining best practices and processes to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness
- • Experience positioning technical products to both technical users and economic decision-makers
- • Strong technical depth and ability to learn quickly, with sharp business sense
- • Ability to effectively partner with all functions from engineering and product to sales and marketing
- • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, skilled in influencing peers and managers, and adept at building consensus in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
