- • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for GameChanger’s Acquisition product area, including segmentation, cross-functional alignment, and planning across quarterly and annual cycles.
- • Identify and close gaps in user, industry, and competitive knowledge by leading research initiatives to surface market opportunities and sharpen GTM strategy.
- • Own and refine product positioning and messaging to ensure clear differentiation across customer segments and alignment with GameChanger’s company vision.
- • Lead end-to-end launch planning in close collaboration with product management and product design teams, translating market, competitive, and user insights into prioritized launch strategies.
- • Drive feature adoption by identifying and activating high-impact marketing channels, strategic partnerships, and GTM motions tailored to youth sports stakeholders.
- • Measure and analyze GTM effectiveness across product launches and adoption campaigns, using performance metrics to identify gaps and lead iterative improvements to strategy and execution.
- • Serve as the primary strategic partner to product managers and product designers, ensuring alignment between product vision and commercial go-to-market priorities.
- • Translate complex user insights and product capabilities into compelling, audience-specific narratives that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement across platforms.
- • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and synchronized execution of GTM initiatives.
- • Maintain deep understanding of the youth sports ecosystem, including coaches, parents, volunteers, and team administrators, to inform product positioning and outreach strategies.
- • Leverage customer data, experimentation, and performance analytics to validate assumptions, test messaging variants, and optimize conversion pathways.
- • Build and sustain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable smooth execution and alignment across departments.
- • Operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving product areas by establishing structure, processes, and metrics to guide decision-making and roadmap prioritization.
- • Stay current on trends in sports tech, consumer subscription products, creator platforms, and mobile app ecosystems to inform competitive benchmarking and innovation opportunities.
- • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns reflect GameChanger’s mission to elevate youth sports through community-building and positive life lessons.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • 5–7 years of product marketing experience in B2B and/or B2C environments, ideally within high-growth companies
- • Strong strategic thinking ability to translate user insights, market context, and product vision into clear positioning, messaging, and GTM plans
- • Proven experience using customer insights, experimentation, and performance metrics to refine strategy and drive adoption
- • Experience in sports tech, consumer subscription products, creator/community platforms, or mobile app ecosystems
- • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving product areas or emerging business lines
