📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Aspora, you will define how the company shows up in the world by shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for its borderless financial operating system designed for the global diaspora.
• You will own product positioning and messaging frameworks, lead GTM strategy for launches across the UK, UAE, US, Canada, and beyond, shape the category narrative for modern diaspora banking, drive customer and competitor insights through research and analysis, partner with product and growth teams to influence the roadmap, and ensure messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints from acquisition to retention.
• Aspora is a fast-growing fintech startup founded in 2022, backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia Capital and Y Combinator, with a team of 150+ across India, the UK, UAE, EU, and the US. The company is building a borderless financial OS for people on the move, emphasizing extreme ownership, radical candor, and customer impact.
• In this role, you will have high ownership and autonomy to shape the product marketing function from the ground up, define messaging for products entering new markets without a playbook, influence product strategy through customer insights, and build expertise in positioning a novel financial category for global diaspora communities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product marketing, ideally at an early-stage startup in fintech or a regulated product
• Strong writer and storyteller with ability to craft compelling narratives
• Fluent in GTM planning, feature launches, and building messaging hierarchies
• Analytical and insight-driven, capable of turning customer and market data into strategic messaging
• First-principles thinker who questions assumptions before adopting defaults
• Ability to read product nuance and user psychology to uncover the 'why it matters'
