  • • Lead the development of messaging, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Ironclad’s buy-side solutions focused on procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and vendor contracting.
  • • Translate complex product capabilities—including AI-driven contract intelligence, workflow automation, and post-signature visibility—into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with procurement, finance, legal, and operations stakeholders.
  • • Build detailed buyer personas, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), use cases, and competitive narratives to help Ironclad expand into new buying centers within enterprise organizations.
  • • Craft high-impact GTM materials including launch plans, sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, talk tracks, FAQs, persona guides, and win-path documentation to equip Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • • Serve as the voice of the market by gathering and integrating customer insights, competitive intelligence, analyst perspectives, and field feedback into product roadmap discussions and GTM strategy.
  • • Analyze the enterprise procurement technology ecosystem—including source-to-pay suites, ERP systems, intake/orchestration tools, supplier management platforms, and CLM competitors—to clarify Ironclad’s distinct positioning.
  • • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Enablement, and Marketing teams to align product development with market needs and drive adoption across procurement-focused buying committees.
  • • Support strategic sales conversations and customer engagements by providing domain expertise on procurement workflows, contract bottlenecks, obligation management, renewal visibility, supplier risk, and compliance challenges.
  • • Develop and maintain practical sales enablement tools that enable frontline teams to confidently articulate Ironclad’s value in the context of real-world procurement challenges.
  • • Identify and articulate where Ironclad fits within broader enterprise technology stacks, helping to differentiate it from legacy systems and competing CLM or source-to-pay platforms.
  • • Shape the buy-side narrative by connecting product features to measurable business outcomes such as reduced cycle times, improved compliance, lower supplier risk, and increased cross-functional collaboration.
  • • Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive moves within procurement and buy-side contracting markets.
  • • Simplify complex procurement workflows into clear, actionable messaging that can be adopted across internal teams and communicated effectively to enterprise buyers.
  • • Drive clarity and credibility in Ironclad’s buy-side story by ensuring consistency across all marketing, sales, and customer-facing materials.
  • • Partner with Customer Success to capture and amplify customer stories and outcomes that validate Ironclad’s value in procurement environments.
  • • Operate with ambiguity, form strategic points of view, and align cross-functional stakeholders around a unified GTM direction despite evolving product roadmap priorities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, procurement technology, CLM, legal technology, ERP, source-to-pay, supply chain, or workflow automation
  • • Proven track record developing positioning, messaging, GTM strategies, product launches, and sales enablement for complex enterprise products
  • • Strong familiarity with the enterprise procurement technology stack, including how procurement, sourcing, supplier management, ERP, source-to-pay, intake/orchestration, and contract management systems fit together
  • • Experience marketing to multiple stakeholders in a complex buying committee, ideally including procurement, legal, finance, operations, IT, or executive buyers
  • • Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn ambiguous market problems into clear narratives, practical plans, and useful deliverables
  • • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to explain complex product and market concepts simply
