• • As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Twilio’s data products, you will transform complex technical concepts into human-centric narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and differentiation in the market. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Twilio’s data offerings—including Twilio Segment CDP—are understood and valued by technical buyers and C-suite executives alike.
• • Day to day, you’ll develop audience-specific messaging and positioning, conduct customer and market research to inform go-to-market strategy, lead cross-functional product launches across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Support teams, and translate technical features like APIs, data warehouse interoperability, and identity resolution into compelling customer outcomes and proof points.
