- • Senior Product Marketing Manager, International at Optro Inc., a leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform with over $300M ARR and trusted by more than 50% of the Fortune 500, including 7 of the Fortune 10.
- • Own and drive go-to-market strategy for Optro's Platform across EMEA markets, lead localized GTM and product readiness for emerging markets, develop category-defining messaging and positioning, partner with Sales and Revenue teams on sales enablement, lead product launches end-to-end, create high-impact marketing content, act as an internal thought leader, influence product roadmap via customer and market insights, conduct competitor and market research, and collaborate with Regional Marketing on local nuances and campaigns.

- • Develop strategic expertise in international B2B SaaS GTM, refine storytelling and executive communication skills, deepen knowledge of GRC/Audit markets, strengthen cross-functional leadership, and drive measurable impact on market adoption, revenue growth, and customer retention in EMEA.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, GRC, or B2B SaaS with a track record of owning and driving strategic GTM initiatives for enterprise SaaS products
- • Extensive experience in establishing market-share across EMEA markets is a must-have
- • Experience in GRC/Audit GTM roles is strongly preferred
- • Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, ideally in a leadership-level IC capacity
- • A compelling presenter with the ability to both develop high-impact content and lead high-level discussions
- • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame complex challenges and drive alignment across stakeholders
- • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for C-level audiences
- • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging market research, competitive insights, and data analytics to inform decision-making
- • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams
- • High degree of ownership, accountability, and autonomy in executing large-scale initiatives
- • A second European language is a plus (German/French get extra brownie points)
