- • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for AI-powered products and features, translating complex AI capabilities into customer-centric value propositions that drive understanding, adoption, and trust.
- • Drive pricing and packaging strategy by partnering with Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams to evaluate, propose, and refine how Jane’s products are packaged and priced.
- • Strengthen Jane’s market positioning through insight-driven messaging and go-to-market plans that align with platform-level positioning as a multi-product, AI-powered SaaS platform.
- • Lead cross-functional launch programs that improve product adoption, accelerate revenue, and deliver measurable business results across North American markets.
- • Translate customer and market insights—both qualitative and quantitative—into actionable product direction and roadmap priorities.
- • Build alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution.
- • Introduce repeatable frameworks to improve how Jane plans, executes, and measures product marketing initiatives for scalability and impact.
- • Represent Jane at key market events, conferences, and industry forums to elevate brand visibility and thought leadership in the healthcare SaaS and AI space.
- • Synthesize competitive intelligence and market trends to inform positioning, messaging, and strategic decisions for Jane’s platform offerings.
- • Collaborate with Product Marketing leadership to scale team processes and elevate the maturity of product marketing practices across the organization.
- • Communicate complex product narratives clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences including customers, internal stakeholders, and industry peers.
- • Maintain deep understanding of Jane’s customer base—thousands of clinics using Jane’s tools to run businesses, care for patients, and grow communities—and ensure all marketing efforts reflect their needs and pain points.
- • Embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly in a high-growth environment where product evolution, AI integration, and market expansion are constant.
- • Contribute to Jane’s mission of helping the helpers by ensuring product marketing directly improves the experience of healthcare providers using Jane’s platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in Product Marketing or a related role with experience leading cross-functional, high-impact programs
- • Experience marketing AI, ML, or technology-forward products
- • Strong foundation in platform-level messaging and positioning
- • Hands-on experience with pricing and packaging
- • Demonstrated ability to develop clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex products in competitive markets
- • Strong communication and storytelling skills
