📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Analyst at Camunda, you will own the quantitative signal layer that ensures product teams build the right things by providing self-serve access to outcome metrics and enabling evidence-based decision-making at a pivotal moment in the company’s AI-native transformation.
• You will build and maintain measurement infrastructure for key outcome metrics, design an AI-native self-serve data layer for product builders, set up measurement pre-ship, compile quantitative signals for strategic PMs, own end-to-end data pipelines, and surface data-driven insights even when they challenge existing commitments.
• Camunda is an enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex business processes with built-in governance and auditability, trusted by over 700 organizations including 9 of the top 10 US banks, and currently transforming into an AI-first organisation using its own platform.
• You will shape a new AI-native data platform from the ground up, gain influence over how the organisation measures itself, work with autonomous product teams and qualitative researchers, and develop expertise in outcome-driven product analytics in a high-impact, fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product, data, or growth analytics in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Experience building measurement infrastructure from low maturity — making foundational architecture decisions, not just maintaining an established system
• A track record of defining outcome metrics with product teams: turning fuzzy goals into measurable north stars and tracking them over time
• Strong SQL and data engineering skills — you can own the pipelines yourself, not just consume dashboards
• The judgment and directness to present findings that challenge a senior stakeholder's position, and stand behind the data
