- • Serve as Senior Product Owner for OpenCTI, Filigran’s flagship open-source Cyber Threat Intelligence platform, shaping its evolution through user-centered product design.
- • Design and document detailed functional specifications based on direct input from users, customer-facing teams, and threat intelligence practitioners.
- • Create clear, actionable user stories and mockups that translate complex cybersecurity workflows into intuitive product features.
- • Collaborate daily with engineering teams to ensure precise implementation of product requirements and maintain alignment with technical constraints.
- • Partner closely with the Product Manager to define, refine, and prioritize the OpenCTI product roadmap based on market needs and user feedback.
- • Support customer-facing teams—including Solutions Engineers and Customer Success—by enabling them to effectively communicate and demonstrate OpenCTI capabilities.
- • Identify, document, and prioritize recurring user pain points across public and private sector organizations to drive future functionality development.
- • Define detailed usage scenarios for specific cybersecurity use cases to ensure OpenCTI meets real-world threat detection and response needs.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management methodologies within the team, enhancing agility and delivery efficiency.
- • Act as the primary liaison between development, customer success, support, and solutions engineering to ensure product-market fit and user adoption.
- • Leverage AI-powered tools such as LLMs, automation, and copilots to streamline product workflows, improve documentation accuracy, and accelerate feature iteration.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with incident response, case management, CSIRT/CERT, and SOC operations to ground product decisions in operational reality.
- • Advocate for open-source principles and community-driven development within the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global cybersecurity defense communities.
- • Communicate product vision and priorities clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders in English, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- • Operate autonomously within a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment, balancing structure with adaptability to evolving priorities.
- • Participate in twice-yearly in-person global and regional offsites to strengthen team cohesion and culture beyond digital collaboration.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in Incident Response, Case Management, CSIRT/CERT, CTI, or SOC environments
- • Proven ability to translate complex cybersecurity user needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and user stories
- • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with direct collaboration between product and engineering teams
- • Strong familiarity with AI-powered tools (LLMs, automation, copilots) and their application in improving productivity and workflows
- • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Autonomous, structured, and highly collaborative mindset with experience in startup or scale-up environments
