- • As a Senior Product Researcher at DailyPay, you will serve as the voice of users, championing their needs across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to shape user-centered design at scale for a flagship consumer financial product used by millions of workers.
- • Day to day, you will design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (including interviews, ethnography, diary studies, and surveys), synthesize insights, develop personas and journey maps, prototype concept tests, lead workshops, and contribute to building DailyPay’s product research capabilities.
- • You will join a growing product strategy practice at DailyPay, a NYC-headquartered worktech company transforming how people get paid through its industry-leading on-demand pay platform, with operations across the U.S. and Belfast.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in consumer fintech research, influence product decisions with data-driven insights, and help translate user needs into shipped features that improve financial wellness for workers nationwide.
