- • As a Senior Product Specialist in Onboarding/Implementation at Zenoti, you will play a critical role in helping beauty and wellness businesses adopt and optimize the company’s all-in-one cloud-based platform, directly impacting customer success, retention, and revenue growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include working with customers to define requirements, driving product demos and walk-throughs, designing and configuring solutions, managing proof of concepts and pilots, identifying implementation risks, addressing customer concerns promptly, maintaining documentation, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to align on delivery and expectations.
- • You will be part of a dynamic, innovative, and globally recognized company powering over 30,000 salons, spas, and wellness centers across 50+ countries, including major brands like European Wax Center and Massage Heights, and recognized as a Great Place to Work Certified™ for 2021-2022.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS implementations, strengthen your technical and client-facing skills, gain exposure to complex integrations and workflows, and contribute to scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for clients in the health and wellness industry.
