  • • As a Senior Program & Enablement Specialist within CDW's Small Business Marketing team, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that expand business opportunities and amplify sales and marketing campaigns.
  • • This pivotal role demands cross-departmental collaboration, requiring you to work closely with partner resources, sales leaders, Product & Partner Marketing (PPM), other Marketing teams, and Information Technology Services (ITS) for Small Business (SB).
  • • Your primary responsibilities will encompass three core areas: driving sales enablement and engagement, orchestrating partner and internal programs, managing comprehensive marketing campaigns, and meticulously executing on ROI performance metrics.
  • • You will serve as a subject matter expert, possessing deep knowledge of CDW's solutions, programs, go-to-market strategies, and the specific enablement needs of the sales force.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to build and maintain robust relationship strategies, fostering strong, long-term business connections with sellers and sales leadership to ensure alignment and support.
  • • You will actively assist sellers in broadening their product expertise and identifying new sales opportunities, thereby contributing directly to revenue growth.
  • • Campaign management will be a significant focus, utilizing platforms such as Salesforce and other relevant tools to ensure seamless execution and tracking.
  • • You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, processes, and other demand generation efforts, providing insightful feedback to optimize future initiatives.
  • • Reporting and stakeholder communication are critical; you will manage reporting functions and provide consistent, clear updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • • Maintaining data integrity is paramount. You will ensure timely and accurate updating of all required systems and programs, including Salesforce, to support sales operations and maintain well-documented data.
  • • You will define and optimize key performance metrics, developing relevant dashboards to share results across the team and present findings to leadership.
  • • Your role will involve creating, supporting, and maintaining various Small Business marketing sales and customer efforts, including content for SharePoint, marketing campaigns, activities, and event materials.
  • • A thorough understanding of the competitive landscape within your assigned segment and/or region is essential, along with an awareness of how market conditions can impact CDW and the specific business segment.
  • • You will develop proposals, programs, and campaigns that directly support segment-level priorities and initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • • Crafting customer-facing and coworker-facing messaging and promotions that precisely align with specific customer targets will be a key contribution.
  • • You will support business reviews with partners, PPM, Marketing, sales leadership, and ITS, contributing valuable insights and performance data.
  • • Occasional travel may be required to support business needs and foster relationships.
