Senior Program Manager

📋 Description

• • The Senior Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting operational programs at both the Austin, TX and Boulder, CO sites, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of projects related to product and clinical trial launches, workflow automation, and product lifecycle management.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end program strategy and execution, driving operational readiness, managing risk and issue resolution, developing program roadmaps, and influencing stakeholders across laboratory operations, clinical development, R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, software, and external partners.
• • Foresight Diagnostics is a molecular diagnostics company pioneering non-invasive cancer detection through cell-free DNA-based liquid biopsy technologies, operating with the agility of a startup and the scale of Natera, fostering a high-accountability, collaborative culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in regulated diagnostics environments, strengthen cross-functional leadership skills, drive process improvements in wet and dry lab workflows, and contribute to meaningful advancements in cancer diagnostics while building executive communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
