📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end success of up to 30 concurrent Continuous Value Services (CVS) engagements, acting as the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and client delight.
• • Translate high-level Statements of Work into detailed project plans, staffing matrices, risk registers, and weekly status dashboards that keep every stakeholder—from C-suite sponsors to offshore developers—aligned and informed.
• • Apply Cognizant’s Cynergy Implementation Methodology rigorously, tailoring each phase to the unique culture, governance, and technical landscape of Fortune 1000 clients who rely on Workday to power HR, Finance, and Payroll.
• • Proactively identify scope creep, budget overruns, and resource bottlenecks before they become fires; craft data-driven change orders and present them to clients with confidence, protecting both profitability and trust.
• • Mentor and upskill a distributed bench of Project Associates, delivering just-in-time coaching on agile ceremonies, Workday release cycles, and stakeholder management so every team member can graduate to owning their own portfolio.
• • Build and maintain a living knowledge base of reusable templates, accelerators, and lessons learned that shortens ramp-up time for future CVS engagements and positions Collaborative as the undisputed post-production leader.
• • Partner with Engagement Managers on larger, multi-workstream transformations—stepping in as a trusted deputy to run critical tracks, manage executive escalations, and ensure seamless hand-offs between deployment and steady-state support.
• • Cultivate referenceable clients by institutionalizing quarterly value-realization reviews, NPS surveys, and executive steering committees that showcase measurable ROI and secure renewals, expansions, and upsells.
• • Navigate complex matrix organizations, balancing the needs of HR, Finance, IT, and Payroll power users while aligning to enterprise security, compliance, and change-management standards.
• • Leverage advanced Microsoft Office skills—think dynamic Excel models, executive-ready PowerPoint storyboards, and OneNote war rooms—to keep hybrid teams synchronized across time zones and cultures.
