  • • Lead strategic planning and execution for approximately 30 client accounts through comprehensive 12-month SEO strategies.
  • • Conduct bi-annual quality assurance reviews for all client accounts to ensure campaign integrity and performance alignment.
  • • Maintain direct client relationships through regular calls to communicate strategy, progress, and results, with client retention as a primary KPI for bonus consideration.
  • • Monitor client budgets to maximize ROI and ensure campaign profitability across all accounts.
  • • Research and analyze competitor websites to identify market opportunities, threats, and strategic gaps.
  • • Build detailed SEO audits and prioritize recommendations based on potential impact versus implementation effort.
  • • Proactively test new SEO tactics and strategies, using performance data to validate effectiveness and scale successful initiatives.
  • • Develop and implement content strategies using full-funnel approaches and content clustering techniques to improve organic visibility.
  • • Lead off-site optimization efforts including local SEO and link-building campaigns aligned with client industry and geographic targets.
  • • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions to evaluate campaign success and identify optimization opportunities.
  • • Implement and maintain analytical tracking solutions tailored to each client’s unique KPIs and business objectives.
  • • Diagnose and resolve account-level issues that hinder SEO performance or client satisfaction.
  • • Prepare and deliver presentation-style reports to clients, clearly communicating results, insights, and next steps.
  • • Document campaign successes and create detailed case studies to showcase measurable outcomes and support client retention.
  • • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO specialists and analysts, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with client goals.
  • • Support team skill development through training initiatives and performance feedback to maintain a high-performing, self-sufficient team.
  • • Provide strategic guidance on resource allocation, project prioritization, and budget management to optimize campaign efficiency and profitability.
  • • Work during U.S. business hours (9AM–5PM EST) to align with client time zones and maintain real-time communication.
  • • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to enhance research, ideation, and workflow efficiency in daily tasks.
  • • Ensure all SEO practices follow industry best practices and adapt to evolving search engine algorithms and trends.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of SEO experience
  • • 2+ years of experience in a management role
  • • Proven track record of client retention and campaign success
  • • Experience managing teams and developing SEO talent
  • • Experience in legal, medical, or dental marketing is preferred
  • • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • • Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support research, ideation, and workflow efficiency
