📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for Sword Health’s AI-first care platform, focusing on expanding offerings in pain care, women’s health, movement health, and mental health.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with company goals to drive adoption, engagement, and clinical outcomes across 1,000+ enterprise clients.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, engineering, data science, and design teams to translate complex healthcare needs into scalable AI-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
• Conduct deep market and user research to identify unmet needs in global healthcare systems, leveraging insights from 700,000+ members and 10 million AI sessions to inform product decisions.
• Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit and drive adoption among payers, self-insured employers, and national health systems.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, using data from 42 clinical studies and 44 patents to validate features and demonstrate ROI.
• Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with regulatory and compliance standards across European healthcare markets.
• Communicate product progress and strategic direction to executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on roadmap priorities and resource allocation.
• Champion user-centered design principles while maintaining rigorous standards for clinical efficacy, data privacy, and AI ethics in healthcare applications.
• Monitor competitive landscape and emerging AI technologies in digital health to ensure Sword Health remains at the forefront of AI-driven care innovation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Europe to support localized product adaptations while maintaining global platform consistency.
• Measure and report on key product KPIs including member engagement, clinical improvement rates, cost avoidance, and client retention to guide continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary product advocate internally and externally, representing Sword Health at industry events and in client-facing discussions.
• Ensure product development adheres to evolving healthcare regulations and standards across European jurisdictions.
• Work autonomously in a fully remote environment, managing multiple product initiatives with minimal supervision while maintaining high accountability and delivery velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of product management experience in healthcare, digital health, or AI-driven SaaS platforms
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end product development for B2B healthcare technology products
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and healthcare payer systems in Europe
• Experience working with clinical data, AI/ML models, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, MDR)
