- • As Product Lead - Experience at Enode AS, you will define and execute the vision for the customer platform, transforming it from operational tooling into a strategic, intelligence-driven layer that enables energy companies, OEM partners, and end-users to connect, optimize, and scale energy assets at scale.
- • You will own the platform roadmap, drive time-to-value through improved onboarding, lead self-serve capabilities at scale, build data-as-a-product insights for customers and OEMs, and lead positioning and commercial enablement to ensure the platform becomes indispensable across the energy ecosystem.
- • Enode is a remote-first, mission-driven climate tech startup backed by Y Combinator, Lowercarbon Capital, and Creandum, building the software infrastructure to orchestrate distributed energy resources like EVs, heat pumps, and solar inverters across Europe and beyond.
- • In this role, you will shape a product that directly impacts the energy transition, develop deep expertise in B2B2C platform strategy, and establish frameworks and metrics that become reference points for product excellence across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant B2B product experience on platform, developer tooling, or B2B SaaS, ideally in a B2B2C structure where the direct customer and end-user are different
- • Proven ability to connect product metrics to commercial outcomes and launch across Sales, Support, and Customer Success in a way that influences other teams
- • Fluency with APIs, SDKs, and data flows, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and test-drive what you ship
- • Experience using AI in day-to-day product work with a defensible view on its appropriate application in product development
- • Track record of creating specs and frameworks that become reference points for other product managers, with a direct approach to raising standards
