📋 Description

• As the Product Manager for the Enterprise Readiness pod at Front, you will shape how IT admins manage software in the age of AI by building identity, permissions, audit, and admin primitives that enable large, security-conscious companies to deploy Front’s AI-native platform with confidence.
• You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Front’s Enterprise readiness surface, including identity & access (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, granular permissions for non-human actors), security & compliance (audit logging for human and AI actions, retention, DLP, SOC2/HIPAA-aligned controls), admin tooling at scale, and extensibility APIs used by Enterprise customers to integrate Front into their stack.
• You will partner deeply with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Security, Partnerships, and Product teams to turn pipeline signals and IT/admin feedback into durable platform investments, influencing cross-functionally without direct authority.
• This is a brand-new pod with direct executive visibility, offering the opportunity to define scope, strategy, and success metrics from day one as Enterprise readiness becomes a gating factor on Front’s upmarket pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in high-growth B2B environments, with proven experience shipping products to IT, admin, or security buyers.
• Strong enterprise and platform judgment — ability to distinguish between durable platform primitives and one-off deal features, and to defend that distinction in strategic discussions.
• Fluency in identity and security concepts, including hands-on experience designing around SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, audit logging, and/or public APIs, with comfort engaging in SOC2 or security-review conversations.
• Formed opinions on AI in admin/IT contexts — understanding what delivers real value for admins versus superficial features, how non-human identities should be modeled, and what auditability means when AI systems take actions.
• Systems thinking mindset — skilled at anticipating second-order effects in permission, audit, and admin-at-scale systems before they impact users or security posture.
• Commitment to rigor and polish — ensuring admin UX meets the high standards expected by Enterprise customers and IT buyers, avoiding sloppy experiences that erode trust.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments — able to shape strategy, processes, and priorities in a newly formed pod without relying on inherited frameworks.
