📋 Description

• • Product Manager – Growth & Adoption role at Commvault Systems, Inc. focused on driving product-led growth (PLG) initiatives and improving user adoption across the company’s cyber resilience portfolio.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting user onboarding, feature adoption, and product engagement; using Pendo to analyze user behavior and track feature adoption; creating and managing in-app guides, onboarding flows, and feature announcements; partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to improve user journeys; assisting in defining and tracking product adoption metrics and user engagement KPIs; gathering insights from usage data, customer feedback, and stakeholders to inform roadmap decisions; identifying friction points in the user journey and recommending improvements; supporting experiments and product changes to improve activation and adoption; and contributing to integrating PLG motions into Commvault products over time.
