• • Senior Program Manager, Recruiter Enablement (6-12 month term) at Oura Health Ltd., a mission-driven company empowering people to own their inner potential through award-winning health technology like the Oura Ring and app.
• • Own recruiting templates, documentation, and knowledge management; build and maintain recruiter enablement materials; lead tool and system administration for recruiting platforms (Greenhouse, GoodTime, BrightHire, Gem, CodeSignal); run process improvement projects; design and deliver training and communication; support onboarding and upskilling of recruiting team members; own recruiting reporting and ad hoc data pulls; coordinate with vendors and cross-functional partners; partner with Recruiting Operations Specialist and coordinators.
• • Part of Recruiting Operations within a quickly growing, global company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives; ensures team members have what they need to do their best work; sits within a function that enables RecOps leaders to focus on strategy, roadmap, HRBP partnerships, team development, and long-horizon planning.
• • Develop expertise in recruiting operations at scale; gain experience leading cross-functional projects and system administration; strengthen data fluency and systems thinking; enhance documentation, communication, and enablement skills; build trust and influence across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal partners; grow leadership and project management capabilities in a high-impact, mission-aligned environment.
