• • The Senior Program Manager – Technology Implementation leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technology implementation initiatives that support customer operations and strategic business outcomes, serving as the central point of coordination between customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure technology solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with customer requirements.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading program planning and execution from initiation through deployment, developing program roadmaps and delivery milestones, monitoring progress to identify and mitigate risks, gathering and analyzing customer requirements, translating stakeholder needs into technical inputs for engineering teams, facilitating cross-functional discussions to resolve challenges, and maintaining consistent communication on program status, risks, and milestones.
