- • As a Senior Programmatic Manager at Jellyfish, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of major client accounts within a rapidly growing segment of the business, leveraging your expertise in programmatic advertising to optimize campaign performance and inform strategic decisions that directly impact client ROI and business growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include optimizing campaign performance across programmatic platforms by refining tactics based on data-driven insights, developing actionable insights to shape client strategies, partnering with Business Development to craft proposals for prospective clients, interfacing with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication to ensure alignment and satisfaction, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver holistic digital advertising solutions, interpreting attribution modeling and third-party analytics to measure effectiveness, engaging in deal economics and media allocation discussions to guide investment decisions, and mentoring junior team members to support team scalability and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising within an agency environment
- • Expertise in managing campaigns within DSPs such as DV360, CM360, with preferred experience in Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and insight generation
- • Strong business writing skills with the ability to produce clear, high-quality documents and client-facing communications
- • Demonstrated ability to work in a structured manner, manage competing priorities, and influence stakeholders through active listening and consulting
