- • As a Senior Project Coordinator at CLEAResult, you will play a critical role in advancing Oregon’s clean energy future by managing the processing of lighting incentive applications for small- and medium-business customers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of rebates that drive real-world energy savings and sustainability outcomes.
- • You will serve as a vital link between contractors, distributors, and program stakeholders, providing responsive, professional support that upholds the integrity of Energy Trust of Oregon’s Business Lighting incentives while fostering trust and clarity in every interaction.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing new lighting incentive applications for both direct install and midstream channels, conducting initial quality control and eligibility screening, and meticulously reviewing documentation such as invoices, project forms, and supporting materials to ensure full compliance with program requirements.

- • You will respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email, offering clear, respectful guidance on program requirements, documentation needs, and next steps to small and medium businesses, trade allies, contractors, and distributors, while strictly maintaining confidentiality of all customer and business information.
