  • • Lead end-to-end project management for administrative and business processes, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources, timelines, and procedures to ensure successful delivery.
  • • Organize and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning clear responsibilities and ensuring alignment across stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  • • Develop detailed project schedules, define milestones, and establish resource requirements based on project scope and organizational priorities.
  • • Monitor project progress against planned timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • • Identify, assess, and resolve project obstacles that could impact schedule, cost, or quality, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and external quality standards, including compliance with International Standards Organization (ISO) requirements.
  • • Manage multiple, interrelated projects simultaneously, including complex business transformation initiatives, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • • Integrate vendor activities into project plans, track vendor deliverables, and conduct regular reviews to ensure contractual obligations and quality benchmarks are met.
  • • Drive policy and strategy implementation with a focus on achieving short-term results (1 year or less) aligned with organizational goals.
  • • Address moderately complex problems requiring independent judgment, influencing stakeholders outside direct reporting lines to secure alignment and support.
  • • Manage experienced professionals who operate with latitude and independence, providing guidance, feedback, and performance oversight.
  • • Maintain documentation and reporting standards for all project phases, ensuring transparency and audit readiness for internal and external reviews.
  • • Collaborate with functional departments to align project outcomes with broader business objectives and operational needs.
  • • Proactively anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and budgets.
  • • Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure clarity, accountability, and timely decision-making.
  • • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying insights to future project planning and execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in managing complex business or administrative projects, including multi-project environments
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • • Strong understanding of ISO quality standards and compliance requirements
  • • Experience integrating vendor deliverables into project plans and managing third-party performance
  • • Proficiency in project scheduling, budget tracking, and risk mitigation methodologies
  • • Ability to implement short-term strategic initiatives and deliver results within 12 months
