📋 Description

• As a Senior Technical Project Manager at MongoDB Professional Services, you will lead a small Agile team responsible for migrating legacy Java applications to modern cloud-based architectures on MongoDB, using cutting-edge genAI tools to accelerate delivery and drive customer value.
• Day to day, you will manage project risks and issues, streamline communications between technical teams and stakeholders, define and refine the team’s Way of Working, lead recurring governance meetings, and act as the primary liaison between customers, internal MongoDB teams (sales, engineering, support), and project delivery teams.
• You will join MongoDB’s Professional Services team, which partners with global enterprises — from tier-1 banks to AI-native startups — to modernize legacy systems, migrate to cloud, and unlock innovation through MongoDB’s unified data platform, operating in a hybrid model based in Gurugram.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise-scale software migrations, strengthen stakeholder and customer management skills, gain hands-on experience with genAI-augmented delivery approaches, and grow as a trusted advisor who drives successful business outcomes through technical leadership and consultative project execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with enterprise-scale software solutions, large-scale software engineering or consulting services delivery
• Demonstrated experience in software development
• Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills with ability to convey complex ideas concisely to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive change through effective engagement
• Ability to travel and work on customer sites for extended periods
• Experience as a SCRUM master or with Agile frameworks (SCRUM/Kanban)
