- • As a Senior Project Manager at Press Ganey Associates, LLC, you will serve as the lead technical and customer-facing expert responsible for delivering complex solutions that improve human experiences across global industries, leveraging the Press Ganey Forsta platform to drive measurable improvements in client outcomes.
- • You will act as the main point of contact for clients and internal project teams, translating business needs into technical specifications while ensuring alignment with both client processes and Press Ganey’s governance standards for seamless project delivery.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client technical requirements, developing detailed technical specifications, leading development and deployment cycles, managing solution QA, supporting client UAT, providing ongoing administration and support, conducting platform training, and collaborating with Sales on technical presentations.
- • You will work closely with Solution Architects, Product Management, and the HX Delivery team to design and implement custom components when required, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and tailored to client environments.
- • This role demands strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate multifunctional teams, resolve conflicts, negotiate effectively, and inspire initiative—both as a collaborator and self-starter—while maintaining a commitment to learning, innovation, and teamwork.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience (year-for-year substitution accepted)
- • Proven customer-facing experience with strong technical and business assessment skills, including ability to articulate technical solution value from a business perspective
- • Demonstrated expertise in project delivery management, time management, multi-tasking, and solution lifecycle leadership (design, deployment, QA, UAT, support, training)
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills for engaging clients, vendors, and internal teams
- • Solid understanding of marketing research principles, data logic, error identification, and problem-solving—with preference for experience in Health Systems/Health Plans and Data Visualization/Graphic Design
