- • Deliver in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA to support children’s developmental progress.
- • Accurately collect, record, and document data on client behaviors and progress during therapy sessions.
- • Participate in regular supervision sessions with a BCBA to review progress, adjust strategies, and ensure fidelity to treatment plans.
- • Attend mandatory team meetings and training sessions to maintain compliance and enhance clinical skills.
- • Work Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 1:30pm, in a consistent, in-person schedule in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
- • Engage children in therapeutic play and physical activities requiring kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, and standing for extended periods.
- • Lift up to 50 pounds as needed during therapy sessions to ensure child safety and support.
- • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality while working directly with children and their families.
- • Follow all company protocols and regulatory standards for delivering ABA therapy services.
- • Contribute to a supportive, compassionate team environment focused on improving outcomes for children with special needs.
- • Utilize reliable transportation to travel between client homes in the Chattanooga area.
- • Adhere to all background check and compliance requirements to ensure the safety of clients and families.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Experience working with children
- • Passion for supporting children with special needs
- • Reliable transportation
- • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, and standing for extended periods
- • Willingness to obtain RBT certification within a set timeframe
