• • As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst at Omnidian, you will serve as the critical bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring the Service Cloud platform evolves to meet organizational needs while maintaining stability and usability.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing current processes, designing improved workflows, collaborating with developers and administrators on solution design, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing training and support to end-users to drive adoption and efficiency.
