📋 Description
- • Lead all aspects of large-scale energy generation projects, including scope definition, schedule development, budget management, quality assurance, resource allocation, procurement, and risk mitigation to ensure optimal client service and financial performance.
- • Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and consultants to deliver complex energy infrastructure projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource forecasts, using industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
- • Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cost control, invoicing, and change order management, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution.
- • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive planning, contingency development, and continuous monitoring of project variables.
- • Ensure all project documentation complies with industry regulations, company standards, and client-specific requirements, including permits, safety protocols, and quality control records.
- • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that supports professional growth, accountability, and adherence to Stanley Consultants’ People First culture and core values.
- • Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client meetings, and project scoping sessions, to support the growth of the energy practice area.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and industry best practices in energy generation and industrial building projects.
- • Report project performance metrics to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
- • Travel to project sites as needed to conduct site visits, inspections, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring on-the-ground oversight of project execution.
- • Mentor junior project managers and staff, providing guidance on project delivery, client communication, and professional development within the firm.
