- • Senior Project Manager role focused on driving successful delivery of complex, global projects for pharmaceutical, CRO, and medical device clients in regulated markets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing full project lifecycles, developing detailed plans and timelines, monitoring budgets and profitability, identifying risks, and ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
- • Welo Life Sciences is a specialized language and technology partner delivering regulator-ready translation, linguistic validation, and localization solutions to support clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, labeling, and global commercialization, backed by seven ISO certifications.
- • The role offers opportunity to build strong client relationships, contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives, support business growth activities, and develop expertise in life sciences project management within a fast-paced, international environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- • Proven experience managing large-scale projects and enterprise client accounts
- • Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments
- • Background in technology, localization, language services, or related industries preferred
- • Experience preparing client-facing documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, workflows, and post-mortem analyses
- • Experience managing project budgets, financial reporting, and profitability
