Senior Project Manager, Salesforce

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Project Manager, Salesforce at Komodo Health, you will lead project teams through discovery, design, build, and configuration to deliver healthcare and life sciences solutions on time, with quality, and on budget. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring risks are mitigated and expectations are set for successful project outcomes.
• • Day to day, you will build relationships with customer sponsors and stakeholders, own overall project management during engagements, participate in discovery and requirement workshops, manage day-to-day operational aspects, create and maintain project deliverables (status decks, milestone kickoff decks, project plans, burn reports, RAID logs, build progress trackers), manage timelines, budget, and scope per the Statement of Work, proactively identify and manage risks, create and revise project work plans, identify staffing needs, contribute to the change order process, and participate in customer training and implementation initiatives.

• • In this role, you will learn to lead high-performing project teams through successful design, build, and implementation by developing comprehensive project plans aligned with stakeholder objectives. You will achieve adherence to project budgets and timelines by tracking resource allocations and key milestones, proactively identify and manage risks through robust risk management plans, and continuously improve project implementations by conducting regular reviews, identifying lessons learned, and implementing best practices for future projects. You will also gain deep experience in healthcare and life sciences CRM implementations, particularly within Salesforce environments, and contribute to Komodo’s AI-driven mission by integrating AI into daily workflows to uncover insights and drive innovation.
