- • Senior Project Manager, Strategic Operations, Global Clinical Operations at BeiGene, Ltd. leads strategic initiatives to support the development and delivery of affordable cancer medicines globally, driving operational excellence and cross-functional alignment.
- • Day to day, the role involves planning, tracking, and managing progress of GCO goals and KPIs, leading process optimization, developing project charters and action plans, coordinating cross-functional team meetings, and supporting data-driven decision-making for strategic initiatives.
- • The Global Clinical Operations team is a dynamic, growing organization of over 1,000 associates across 40+ countries managing a $200M+ budget, focused on accelerating cancer treatment access through innovation and operational efficiency.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in strategic program management, gain exposure to global biotech operations, lead high-impact initiatives, and build leadership capabilities in change management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a mission-driven oncology-focused organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced degree in Life Sciences or Business (Master’s/MBA preferred)
- • 5+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or related field
- • At least 3 years leading large-scale strategic initiatives in pharma/biotech
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data tools (e.g., PowerBI, databases)
- • Strong project management skills including planning, tracking, risk mitigation, and accountability
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for global stakeholder engagement
