- • Manage end-to-end delivery of Red Hat’s technical solutions across ANZ, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget from initiation through closure.
- • Control project scope, requirements, and change management processes to maintain alignment with client and internal stakeholder expectations.
- • Determine, monitor, and review all project economics including costs, operational budgets, staffing needs, resource allocation, and risk exposure.
- • Ensure full compliance with legally binding contractual and regulatory requirements across all project activities.
- • Develop and implement project control solutions using integrated project management tools for planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
- • Produce accurate project forecast projections for both clients and internal Red Hat leadership teams.
- • Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on all project activities, including oversight of subcontractors and third-party vendors.
- • Establish measurable metrics to evaluate key project performance criteria such as timeline adherence, budget utilization, and quality outcomes.
- • Create and distribute comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders at all levels.
- • Lead and facilitate regular status review meetings with cross-functional project teams and client representatives.
- • Apply industry-standard project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Systems Development, and Software/Product Development frameworks.
- • Collaborate with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams across diverse geographies to drive project alignment and execution.
- • Maintain a healthy balance of business acumen and technical understanding to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Work concurrently on multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational excellence.
- • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and consistency across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a project manager
- • Track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to closure
- • Experience with establishing and contributing to process improvements
- • Experience working with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
- • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and business judgment skills
- • Ability to work effectively across diverse management teams and external partners
