- • Lead end-to-end ownership of ServiceNow client engagements, from initial Statement of Work development through delivery and post-launch support.
- • Collaborate directly with the sales team to define, scope, and finalize Statements of Work aligned with customer needs and organizational capabilities.
- • Translate approved Statements of Work into detailed, actionable project plans in coordination with engineering teams.
- • Manage and motivate a diverse team of software engineers and SREs, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders at all levels, maintaining transparent and consistent communication throughout project lifecycles.
- • Develop and maintain long-term program roadmaps based on evolving customer requirements and strategic business goals.
- • Work with leadership to establish program vision, operating plans, and performance evaluation methods to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- • Implement project management and delivery methodologies to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.
- • Produce accurate, timely, and comprehensive reporting on program status, risks, issues, and milestones across all project phases.
- • Proactively analyze project risks and issues, developing and executing mitigation strategies to safeguard timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
- • Coordinate customer training initiatives to ensure successful adoption and ongoing utilization of deployed ServiceNow solutions.
- • Monitor and drive key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, team performance, and service quality.
- • Implement process improvements and interventions to optimize project execution and enhance overall delivery efficiency.
- • Ensure all project activities comply with organizational mission, goals, and customer-centric values.
- • Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, changes, decisions, and outcomes for internal and client-facing review.
- • Balance competing priorities across multiple concurrent engagements while maintaining high standards of service and accountability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of project management experience in a client or customer-facing role
- • Proven stakeholder management skills
- • Proven experience managing a team of software engineers
- • Understanding of project management and delivery methodologies
- • Strong customer focus
- • Must be based in the UK
