We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Prompt Engineer (Full-Stack AI) to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. This pivotal role is designed for individuals with a robust background of 5+ years in Data Science, eager to architect, develop, and refine sophisticated prompt-driven AI systems. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of enterprise customer experience by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to create scalable, production-ready solutions.
• • As a Senior Prompt Engineer, your responsibilities will span the entire lifecycle of AI solutions. You will be tasked with the intricate design and development of advanced prompts that harness the power of large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies. This involves a deep understanding of how to elicit desired behaviors and outputs from AI models, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and efficiency in customer-facing applications.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves building and optimizing agentic workflows. This means designing systems where AI agents can autonomously perform complex tasks, make decisions, and interact with users or other systems in a coherent and effective manner. You will be responsible for defining the logic, rules, and sequences that govern these agentic behaviors, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs.
• • The "Full-Stack AI" component of this role signifies your involvement in the complete development pipeline. This includes not only the AI model and prompt engineering aspects but also the integration of these AI components into broader applications. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment, robust performance, and scalability of the AI solutions. This may involve working with APIs, developing backend services, and ensuring the AI components are well-integrated into the Netomi platform.
• • Data-driven evaluation will be a cornerstone of your work. You will design and implement methodologies to rigorously test and measure the performance of AI models and prompts. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs), setting up A/B testing frameworks, and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement. Your insights will directly inform iterative enhancements to the AI systems, ensuring continuous optimization.
• • You will play a crucial role in partnering with cross-functional teams. Close collaboration with Customer Success will ensure that the AI solutions effectively address client needs and deliver tangible value. Working with Proof of Concept (POC) teams will involve demonstrating the capabilities of our AI technology and tailoring solutions for potential clients. Partnerships with Product teams will help shape the roadmap for AI features and functionalities, while close ties with Data Science teams will ensure the underlying AI models are state-of-the-art and effectively utilized.
• • This role demands end-to-end ownership of AI solutions. From the initial conceptualization and prompt design, through development and testing, to final production deployment and ongoing optimization, you will be accountable for the success of the AI initiatives you lead. This includes troubleshooting, monitoring performance, and implementing updates as needed.
• • You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, particularly in the areas of prompt engineering, LLMs, agentic AI, and conversational AI. Your expertise will be vital in identifying new opportunities to apply AI and drive innovation within Netomi and for our enterprise clients.
