• • As a Senior Property Claims Adjuster at EMC Insurance Companies, you will independently investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve large and complex commercial property and reinsured cyber claims, including litigated matters, playing a critical role in ensuring fair and timely claim resolutions that protect policyholders and support the company’s reputation for excellence.
• • Day to day, you will analyze coverage, cause of loss, scope, valuation, and business income exposure; conduct field inspections and oversee re-inspections; coordinate with experts and vendors such as engineers and contractors; communicate claim status and resolution strategies with insureds, agents, attorneys, and internal partners; develop negotiation strategies; draft settlement documents and proofs of loss; manage litigated claims; identify recovery and subrogation opportunities; and serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior adjusters.
