• • The Senior Proposal Manager - Writing leads proposal writing responsibilities for assigned projects, supports proposal writing resource and process improvement initiatives, and mentors junior proposal writers at Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global CRO dedicated to improving lives through innovative clinical research.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing robust proposals in Word, PowerPoint, and other formats; collaborating with Account Directors and subject matter experts to manage the proposal development process; proofreading, editing, and revising documents for accuracy and clarity; meeting deadlines by establishing priorities; gathering information from internal sources and SMEs; responding to inquiries professionally; and providing mentorship to junior writers through onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
