- • As a Senior Provisioning Specialist at Bloomreach Inc., you will play a pivotal role within the Accounting team, reporting directly to the Director of Revenue. This high-visibility, hands-on position is integral to the CFO organization and offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to process improvements and ensure the company's readiness as a public entity.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely provisioning and updating of customer accounts. This involves meticulous adherence to both signed contracts and the company's established Bookings Policy, guaranteeing that all client setups are compliant and efficient.
- • You will be the direct point of contact for customers, guiding them through the necessary setup forms required for account creation and provisioning. This requires excellent communication skills and a patient, methodical approach to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our clients.
- • A deep understanding of Bloomreach's diverse product offerings and various add-on features is crucial. You will develop this expertise to accurately configure customer accounts and provide informed support.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to provide prompt issue resolution and address ad-hoc requests that arise on a day-to-day basis. Building strong, collaborative relationships across these departments is essential for success.
- • You will be responsible for providing weekly reporting to leadership, offering clear transparency on the status of the provisioning queue. This includes highlighting any current delays, potential bottlenecks, or escalations that require attention, enabling proactive management.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve establishing and maintaining clear, up-to-date process documentation. This ensures consistency, facilitates training, and supports continuous improvement efforts.
- • You will be a key driver of process improvements within the provisioning workflow. This includes actively identifying areas for enhancement, implementing solutions, and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for provisioning automation projects, contributing to greater efficiency and scalability.
- • Your role will involve significant business partnering, where you will build and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional teams. This collaborative approach fosters a positive and productive work environment, essential for achieving shared goals.
