📋 Description

• • Own the technical evolution of Kodee, Hostinger’s AI assistant that already guides 4 million global clients every day. You will design, build, and ship new features that turn Kodee from a helpful chatbot into a fully-integrated, AI-powered support engine embedded in every agent workflow.
• • Architect and deliver reliable, scalable Python services that handle high-throughput traffic from both end-users and internal teams. Make critical decisions on service boundaries, data models, and API contracts that will be used by Product, Customer Success, and other engineering squads across the company.
• • Integrate Kodee with a growing ecosystem of micro-services, ticketing platforms, and LLM providers. You will write clean, well-tested code that abstracts complexity, guarantees observability, and keeps latency low—even when requests spike during product launches or global marketing campaigns.
• • Continuously improve performance, CI/CD pipelines, and developer experience. Introduce automated testing, canary deployments, and real-time dashboards so the team can ship confidently multiple times per day without breaking client trust.
• • Collaborate daily with a cross-functional Chatbots Team of backend engineers, ML specialists, and product managers. Participate in architecture reviews, pair-programming sessions, and blameless post-mortems that raise the bar for code quality and operational excellence.
• • Drive deep Kodee integration inside agent workflows: AI-powered ticket summaries, smart suggestions, and automated resolutions that cut average handling time and delight customers. Your work will directly impact CSAT scores and reduce churn for millions of entrepreneurs and creators.
• • Share knowledge across Hostinger’s 900-person tech community. Host internal tech talks, write engineering blogs, and mentor junior developers so the entire organization benefits from your expertise in Python, LLMs, and scalable cloud architecture.
