📋 Description

• Senior QA Automation Engineer role focused on ensuring high-quality software delivery for advertising technology solutions through comprehensive testing strategies and automation expertise.
• The role is critical to refining development and testing practices, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth by advocating for software quality, performance, security, and accessibility.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include performing hands-on testing of responsive web and mobile applications, collaborating with product teams to implement shift-left testing strategies early in the lifecycle, leading requirements gathering and regression testing for release sign-off, driving process improvements and clean code advocacy, and providing data-driven estimates and progress updates to support business decisions.
• The role requires expertise in test design, automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework), CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), API and load testing (Postman, JMeter, BlazeMeter), full-stack troubleshooting (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP/Java), and proficiency in accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA+) and security standards, along with experience using AI tools for test case generation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an autonomous, self-sufficient engineer capable of performing effectively under pressure
• Expert-level test design skills focused on creating stable, deterministic tests that eliminate flakiness
• Mastery of automation frameworks including setup, maintenance, and customization of libraries (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework)
• Proficiency in CI/CD integration with tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with API and load testing using Postman, JMeter, or BlazeMeter
• Full-stack troubleshooting ability across HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PHP or Java
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA+) and security guidelines
• Experience utilizing AI-driven tools for test case generation and script development
