📋 Description

• As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at TrueLogic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and accessible software solutions for U.S.-based clients across industries, directly contributing to digital transformation initiatives that impact real-world users.
• You will champion quality throughout the software development lifecycle by designing, executing, and maintaining robust automated test suites, advocating for shift-left testing practices, and driving continuous improvement in engineering practices to enhance product reliability and user experience.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include performing hands-on testing of responsive web and mobile applications, collaborating with product and engineering teams to define test strategies early in the development lifecycle, leading regression testing and release sign-off processes, maintaining and customizing automation frameworks (such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Robot Framework), integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), conducting API and load testing using tools like Postman, JMeter, or BlazeMeter, troubleshooting full-stack issues across HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend languages (PHP/Java), applying accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA+) and security standards, and leveraging AI-driven tools for test case generation and script optimization.
• You will also mentor junior engineers, promote clean code and testability standards, estimate testing efforts accurately, and provide clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders to support informed release decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an autonomous QA engineer with expertise in test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Robot Framework.
• Proficiency in API and load testing using tools like Postman, JMeter, or BlazeMeter, along with full-stack troubleshooting skills across HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend languages (PHP/Java).
• Strong knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA+) and security standards, combined with experience in AI-driven testing for test case generation and script development.
