📋 Description

• Senior QA Automation Engineer responsible for ensuring the quality of Restaurant POS products by leveraging AI and automation tools to detect defects early, increase test coverage, and improve product reliability.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks; executing test suites; analyzing results; collaborating with cross-functional teams in Minsk, Israel, and the U.S. to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines; and mentoring junior team members on AI-enhanced testing practices.
• The team at IDT Corporation is a globally distributed engineering group focused on building innovative Restaurant POS solutions, combining expertise from Minsk, Israel, and the U.S. to deliver scalable, high-quality software products.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-driven test automation, gain experience with enterprise-level POS systems, influence product quality at scale, and grow into a technical leader shaping QA strategy across international teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks
• Proficiency in AI-assisted testing tools and techniques to improve test efficiency and defect detection
• Experience working with REST APIs, UI automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright), and CI/CD integration
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, and designers in distributed teams
• Ability to work 4 days per week in-office in Minsk with remote coordination for global teams
