• As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the quality assurance strategy for our client projects. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable automated testing frameworks. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance for the software products we deliver, directly contributing to the success of our clients' digital transformations.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers, to understand project requirements, identify potential risks, and implement effective testing solutions. Your ability to translate complex business needs into comprehensive test plans and automated scripts will be crucial. This role demands a proactive approach to quality, where you will champion best practices in automation and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Key responsibilities will include developing and executing automated test scripts using Python, performing various types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and test case design to test execution and defect reporting. Your insights will be invaluable in identifying and resolving defects early in the development process, thereby reducing development costs and accelerating time-to-market for our clients.
