📋 Description

• • Responsible for end-to-end testing of blockchain products including functionality, performance, security, and automation across the entire development lifecycle.
• • Participate in requirement analysis to evaluate the rationality and testability of product specifications, ensuring testability is embedded from early design stages.
• • Contribute to major product requirement and architecture design reviews to validate technical feasibility and identify testing risks prior to implementation.
• • Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases, testing tools, and testing platforms to enhance testing efficiency, coverage, and reliability of blockchain systems.
• • Execute DApp testing covering functional validation, performance benchmarks, and security assessments to ensure robustness of decentralized applications.
• • Conduct browser-based testing for blockchain-integrated web environments, applying knowledge of blockchain-compatible browsers to identify interface, compatibility, and transaction flow issues.
• • Gain deep expertise in blockchain protocols and systems to identify and solve complex testing challenges unique to decentralized environments.
• • Establish and evolve a scalable blockchain testing framework that standardizes processes, improves defect detection, and supports institutional-grade adoption.
• • Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure quality standards align with institutional and regulatory expectations for real-world asset (RWA) on-chain platforms.
• • Research emerging blockchain technologies and testing methodologies to stay ahead of industry advancements and integrate best practices into the testing pipeline.
• • Analyze and report defects with precision, providing clear reproduction steps, impact assessments, and suggested fixes to accelerate resolution.
• • Work within a fully remote APAC-based team to deliver high-quality testing outcomes across distributed development cycles and time zones.
• • Maintain and update test documentation to reflect system changes, ensuring transparency and knowledge transfer across teams.
• • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes by identifying bottlenecks, proposing automation opportunities, and measuring test effectiveness through metrics.
• • Engage with open-source blockchain projects and community tools to validate testing approaches and contribute back improvements where applicable.
• • Translate technical specifications from English documentation into actionable test plans and execute tests with minimal supervision.
• • Advocate for quality culture by mentoring junior engineers and promoting test-driven development principles across engineering teams.
